Graduated from Jianghan University with a bachelor degree, he has successively won the top 10 scientific&technological innovation tasks of Xiantao City, the leader of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Xiantao city, the leading Talents of young and middle-aged Scientific and Technological Innovation, and the outstanding Achievement Award of China's fluorine silicon Industry, etc. He's joined BlueSky in 2001 and obtained 34 patents authorized by the national Intellectual Property Office, among which, 8 were the first person to complete the inventions. He has honored 3 Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, 2 Municipal Sience and Technology Progress Awards and 1 Municipal Achievement Promotion Award. He has rich experience in continuous production technology of organic silicon, and has published over 10 academic papers in various professional journals such as Organic Silicon Materials and New Chemical Materials.
